Chicago tube station was 15 min away.
I spent 2 nights here and I liked that. Everything was exceptional, including incredible staff especially the receptionists after an initial hiccup with the booking.
It's an upscale place with affable staff and well-organised rooms.
I loved the room with fabulous mini bar, the bed was comfortable.
It was clean, and I loved good location and staff. The room met requirements, brand-new with a view. The restaurant was small and served appetising food.

Lovely experience, residential area, warm rooms. I got free upgrade and loved it. American breakfast with fine food selection. Spotlessly clean hotel and welcoming service. Hot drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise.

Truly exceptional place, loved it. The beds where spacious, I slept well. The outdoor restaurant was modest, they served decent food. The stay was fairly nice!

Everything was perfect, attentive staff, magnificent location near to Michigan Avenue as well as Chicago. We got a spotless room with a large bathroom.
